  • Typically about 7-10 days depending on my workload. But I can almost always accommodate other timelines.

  • No worries. If at all possible, I always try to accommodate rushed orders. Call me asap to make a request. Please note that rushed orders under 72hrs are subject to a 25% surcharge and orders under 24hrs have a 40% surcharge.

  • Please call ahead if you know you will be late and keep me up to date on ETA so I can communicate with clients coming after you.

  • Yes, appointments are mandatory. I do not accept walk-ins in the atelier.

  • Please send a request via the contact form and let me know what times would work for you.

  • The atelier is located in the Schildersstraat. Exact address will be given in your confirmation email!

  • Street parking is scarce, but possible. There is also paid parkingunder the Delahize Hippodroom or at Q-Park Kooldok.

  • I know. That sucks. Unfortunately the garment industry has set an unreasonable standard as to what quality labor is worth. Start supporting ethical labor and I promise I’m not trying to rip you off.

  • Every item of clothing is different and every alteration is different. I might come up with different solutions once I see the item and I don’t want to promise a price I can’t honor.

  • You can pay by cash, bank transfer, payconiq or paypal.

  • Usually payment is simply requested upon pick up. For larger payments (bridal), typically over 200€ I request a 40% downpayment.

  • Generally I do. I am bound by what my machines can handle but generally leather is no problem. Send a picture of your item before you come if you want to make sure.

  • The most terrifying words to hear. If for any reason your item did not come out as expected I will do my utmost to make you happy gain. No questions.
