Born from the belief that loved things last, Ginchy! focuses on preserving and finding innovative solutions to all kinds of garment and fit issues. In addition, we offer custom clothing creation and sample creation.
With Ginchy! Living we make custom home furnishing. From interior guidance to fabric sourcing and installation, we ensure that whatever we create best accentuates your space.

Meet the Seamstress

Welcome to my one-woman show! I’m Carolina.

I’ve been sewing since childhood, developing my skills through years of hands-on experience. While I’ve had some formal training in suiting, much of my expertise comes from a self-taught, practical approach.

My lack of formal education allows me to think outside of the procedural boundaries of tailoring and focus on finding creative, individualized solutions for each garment and client. Whether it’s refining a fit, repairing something well-loved, or creating something entirely new, I believe every issue has a solution—and I’m always ready to find it.
